This application has been tested with the following browsers:

- Firefox 2 and 3
- IE 6 and 7
- Safari 3

The user id is not case sensitive but the password is. If you are not sure what your password is try going to the "Forgot Password" and getting your password sent to you.

Is the user id case sensitive?      View Hide

No. User ID's are not case sensitive.

Is the password case sensitive?      View Hide

Yes it is. A case sensitive password is more secure and ensures that our children's information is kept private.

Are you still having trouble using the application?      View Hide

Check that you have Javascript enabled in your browser and that cookies are turned on. If not the application will not work.
